Inviting applications for the role of Insurance Credit Surety – Process Associate – English - Remote RO
Works with Transition, Training, Ops and Practice to understand contractual commitments, deal books and customer priorities.
Responsibilities
• Check the requests received from the client, assign and complete them based on their requirements
• Administer insurance policies in the client systems and issue invoices on the basis of the client’s requests
• Reconcile the deals by identifying and correcting the mismatch between expected and received premium payments
• Create new partners in the client application system and trigger financial checks for them (AML- anti money laundry and ITC International trade control)
• Prepare the reports to identify the outdated partners, inform the client afterwards and update them based on the documents received from Underwriters;
• Clarify deviations, incorrect data with SR's internal departaments;
• Adhere to team’s SLA’s as per the contract agreement with the client.
Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum qualifications
• Relevant work experience in a multinational company
• Communicative level of English B2 – C1
• High School Degree (University graduate or Economic studies are an advantage);
• Relevant domain experience is an advantage;
• Previous experience in a BPO/Call Center/Shared Services environment (represents and advantage);
Preferred qualifications
• Personal culture and client management expertise.
• University graduate (Economic profile is an advantage)
• High motivation and ability to learn.
• Ability to work under time pressure.
