Key Responsibilities:

Handle all phases of insurance defense litigation, from inception through trial, including discovery, motions, and trial preparation.Conduct thorough legal research and draft motions, pleadings, and other legal documents.Maintain and cultivate client relationships by providing regular updates, legal advice, and ensuring client satisfaction.Represent clients in court, including pre-trial hearings, depositions, mediations, and trials.Prepare and review legal reports, contracts, briefs, and other documentation.Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients, aiming for favorable outcomes while minimizing costs and risks.Work closely with Partners and other team members to strategize and execute case plans effectively.

Qualifications: 

2+ years of Insurance Defense LitigationJD from an ABA-accredited law school.CA Bar
