Principal Responsibilities

Review life insurance new business application and deliver premium financing end-to-end case management serviceSupport to uplift branch and individual sales quality above threshold throughout the routine case review, reinforcement training and regular reportingTimely provide accurate case information in consistent basis to sales staff for taking remediation to the new applicationHandle case enquires from sales staff in professional mannerSupport additional and/or ad-hoc tasks as assigned
