Role Overview: As a Business Analyst with 10+yrs of experience specializing in insurance, you will be responsible for analyzing business needs, processes, and systems within the insurance domain. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scopes, and ensure solutions meet business objectives and regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities: + Requirements Gathering: Work closely with stakeholders to understand and document business requirements, user stories, and functional specifications related to insurance products, processes, and systems. + Process Analysis: Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for improvement, efficiency gains, and automation within insurance operations. + System Evaluation and Design: Evaluate and design solutions that align with business requirements, including proposing enhancements to existing systems or recommending new technologies. + Data Analysis: Perform data analysis to support business decisions and ensure data integrity and accuracy within insurance applications and databases. + Documentation and Communication: Prepare clear and concise documentation, including business requirements documents, process flows, use cases, and test plans. Communicate effectively with technical teams, business stakeholders, and management. + Testing and Quality Assurance: Collaborate with QA teams to develop test scenarios and conduct testing to ensure solutions meet functional requirements and are free from defects. + Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users during the implementation of new systems or processes in the insurance environment. + Regulatory Compliance: Ensure solutions comply with insurance industry regulations, standards, and best practices.
