Responsibilities: • Handle insurance follow-ups with precision and efficiency. • Execute medical collections systematically. • Maintain active communication through email and messaging. • Manage appeals and claim administration effectively. • Perform billing functions and benefit functions as part of the job role. • Streamline collection processes to ensure smooth operations. • Leverage hospital billing experience in executing job responsibilities.
