Summary:
The Insurance Learning & Communications Program Manager supports creation, deployment and ongoing oversight of Insurance sales process and skills development efforts. These efforts are designed to provide resources, training, competency development, career enhancement and/or other learning and development for colleagues and leaders within Insurance and the primary segments of the bank. This would include development and ownership of our Insurance Advice and Guidance playbooks. This colleague would also own the internal communication plan and change management efforts for Insurance.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Partner and consult with stakeholders to identify training needs and recommend appropriate learning strategiesDevelop learning content and a variety of delivery methods including standard training, job aids, quick reference guides, podcasts, and moreMaintain an up-to-date knowledge of operations, technology, products, policies and procedures as needed to provide effective training and resourcesFacilitate classes and workshops as neededDevelop and coordinate new colleague onboardingDevelop and maintain success profiles for primary roles within insurance. Incorporate evaluation tools to measure training effectiveness as appropriateManage SharePoint and Essentials pages for InsuranceDevelop and deliver change management programs around new initiativesBuild out and maintain Advice and Guidance PlaybooksDevelop and own internal communication strategy including special campaigns/initiatives, announcements, crisis management, and projects.Write and edit complex and time sensitive communications for large groups of colleagues leveraging multiple channelsSupport Insurance leadership by providing scripts for calls and email communications.Attend partner meetings to anticipate and support communication needs and offer customized solutionsPerforms other duties as assignedAbility to travelBasic Qualifications:
5+ years of learning and development experience (instructional design, facilitation, consulting)Bachelor's DegreePreferred Qualifications:
