Peabody is looking for an Insurance Analyst to support our Insurance team, ensuring smooth claims management, compliance with regulations, and effective risk mitigation.
In this role, you’ll play a key part in handling claims, liaising with insurers, and analysing insurance data to ensure effective risk management. You’ll work closely with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring statutory and legal timelines are met while delivering a high-quality customer-focused service.
Key Responsibilities:
• Log and manage new insurance claims, ensuring compliance with Ministry of Justice timelines and statutory requirements.
• Analyse claims data to identify trends and improve claims handling processes.
• Work collaboratively with insurers, internal departments, and legal teams to resolve claims efficiently.
• Maintain accurate records using Excel and insurance databases.
• Assist in implementing effective claims management and reporting procedures.
• Provide expert advice to stakeholders on insurance-related issues.
Could It Be You?
To be successful in this role, you’ll have:
• Experience in insurance claims handling, with a focus on liability and statutory limitations.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret claims data.
• Excellent communication skills – comfortable engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
• Proven ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, ensuring up-to-date tracking and reporting.
• A customer-focused approach, providing high-quality support to internal and external partners.
This role will require a minimum of two days working in the Westminster Bridge Road office.
