We are seeking a talented individual to join our Insurance Operations team at Marsh This role will be based in Panamá City. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
As a Insurance Operations Analyst, you will be responsible for monitoring movements with insurers, reviewing policy issuance, and coordinating operational transactions in insurance. You will also provide support to Puerto Rico and ensure effective communication with clients.
We will count on you to:
Monitor movements with insurers and review policy issuance.Request corrections to policies when necessary and maintain records in the system.Share policies with clients and coordinate operational transactions in insurance.Deliver vouchers and follow up on endorsements, providing bilingual support as needed.What you need to have:
A professional or technical degree.Advanced English skills and proficiency in Excel (data cross-referencing).At least 1 year of experience in insurance or a willingness to learn, with bilingual proficiency.What makes you stand out:
