Marsh Denmark is currently seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our team as an Insurance Operations Specialist in the Renewable Energy team. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in our Copenhagen office.

We will count on you to:

Collaborate directly with the client as well the internal team to accurately and efficiently process various client requests related to insurance policies, endorsements, and certificates.Create and update client information in IT systems and spreadsheets, ensuring data integrity.Assist in the preparation of insurance documentation and manage customer inquiries with exceptional service.Own and drive the billing processes and assist the client and team with various administrative tasks and projects as needed.
 

What you need to have:

Educational degree within business administration, insurance, financial management, or similar (preferred).Previous experience in insurance operations or a similar role (preferred).Strong attention to detail and excellent ability to organize and structure your work.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.Outstanding communication and collaboration skills.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.Working proficiency of the English language, with Danish also preferred
