Insurance Policy Forms Associate Manager

As theinsurance policy forms associate managerwithin the Corporate Law Department, you’ll lead a team of policy form specialists responsible for the development and maintenance of all policy and customer forms. You’ll collaborate with lead attorneys, business partners, and IT managers on specific product lines to ensure that legal and customer form requirements are met. You’ll also work with rate revision and business leaders from specified business areas to assign responsibilities among the groups for forms development and maintenance as well as overseeing the forms development process while working closely with lead attorneys to design and implement an effective development strategy for IT programming of the forms.

Must-have qualifications

High school diploma/GED equivalent or higher and a minimum of seven years policy forms or paralegal work experience with at least two of those years leading people or cross functional teams-{OR} bachelor’s degree or higher and a minimum of four years policy forms or paralegal work experience with at least two of those years leading people or cross functional teams

Preferred Skills

Two or more years in a leadership positionComprehensive understanding of the life cycles of insurance policy forms, from new business initiation to renewal.Strong analytical and problem-solving skillsProficient in organizational and time management and proven communication and collaboration skillsDemonstrated business acumen with knowledge of various business functions and their connection to legal form requirements

Compensation

$70,100-$93,500/yearGainshare annual cash incentive payment up to 30% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
