The Insurance project manager will support the entire insurance, revenue cycle management, and practice training group inside the broader healthcare services reporting directly to the SVP of Insurance.  The role will help create, maintain and report on project(s) as we evolve the insurance function at ACI.  There will be projects of all sizes, technology, process people, outsourcing/insourcing and more.  This will be a great role to help us build out our insurance function at the corporate level as well as rolling out to our 450 clinics.  The role will be part of the initial creation, and the weekly and monthly reported, as required.

Responsibilities RESPONSIBILITES AND DUTIES Create project chartersAssemble and lead project teams to drive the business requirements, and deliver on-timeWork with project teams to identify KPIs to measure and track performanceCreate powerpoint slides to communicate the projects, status, risks, and anything related to the projectWork across the entire Insurance services organization, including but not limited to RCM, Training, credentialing, vendor mngt and clinicsCreate reports in PowerPoint as well as visual data tools, like Excel or other Qualifications

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS

At least 5 year experience in a project management type roleExperience with technology projects a plusExperience managing large groups of people that do not report to the individualGood understanding of US healthcare, dental a plusStrong analytical skills including graphing, create queries, working in Power BI a plusGood communication skills both verbal and writtenBachelor's degree required Need help finding the right job?
