What you will do:

Determine insurance eligibilityPerforms online eligibility and benefit checks for applicable payers as outlined in guidelinesCalls the insurance company directly to obtain required eligibility and benefit information for all managed care, governmental and commercial payersVerifies if pre-certification is required.Provide instructions to patient related to procedures

What you will need:

Education: HS diploma required, Associate's degree preferred
