What you'll do...

​Onboard new vendors Review and process invoices/APAnswer inquiries from vendors/brokers regarding their paymentsFacilitate Enterprise Risk Management System (ERMS) and Claims ManagementRespond to employee inquiries and resolve issues regarding user access, email notifications, reports, and claim generationReview and process data updates for carriersTrack claim expenses, payments and deductible exhaustionReview and investigate details, compile documentation, determine liability/valuation, discuss strategy with outside counsel, business and TPACommunicate with insurer re claim managementUpdate accounting/finance team re major claimsWork with location stakeholders to assess the extent of damage/losses and cost estimates Certificates of Insurance Manage incoming COI requests Indemnity Agreement/Hold Harmless document review. Review and edit indemnity/insurance terms to mitigate risk exposure to acceptable Iron Mountain standards. Communicate with business leaders on the risk exposure and their approval for sign-offWork with brokers as needed on COI requestsReview insurance requirements, issue modifications of non-standard COIs per Iron Mountain’s insurance standardsReview Digital Mailbox for incoming scanned mail - forward to respective shared mailboxes for proper handling. Monopolistic State reporting Annual Payroll Audit submissionGather the payroll report and supporting tax documentation for submission to the auditor.

What you'll need...

A BA/BS degree, preferably in Risk Management, Business, Finance, or AccountingHighly organized with excellent project management skills and Budget managementA minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience in Risk Management, commercial insurance, or  brokerage companyDemonstrated knowledge of Property and Casualty insurance coverage with claims management experience.Strong oral and written communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and interpersonal skills to interface with all levels of personnel and external clients.
