**Description and Requirements**
**Job Summary:**
Responsible for managing global insurance operations, ensuring smooth administration and compliance across all insurance-related processes.
**Key Responsibilities:**
1. **Insurance Placement and Administration:**
2. Collaborate with stakeholdersto gather accurate and updated information for insurance applications.
3. Negotiate terms and conditions for insurance policies with insurers.
4. Review binders and policies to ensure alignment with negotiated terms.
5. Develop and implementpremium allocation methodologies.
6. Review and verify invoices for compliance with premium allocation.
7. Monitor and follow up on invoice paymentsto ensure uninterrupted coverage.
8. **Support for Insurance Queries and Contract Reviews:**
9. Collaborate with stakeholdersto ensure contracts meet insurance requirements.
10. Provide guidance and training to stakeholders on insurance-related topics.
11. Review supplier contracts to ensure adequate protection for Lenovo through suppliers’ insurance.
12. Evaluate customer contractsto ensure Lenovo complies with customers’ insurance requirements.
13. Coordinate the issuance of Certificates of Insurance with accuracy and efficiency.
14. Enhance agility in insurance processes by maintaining FAQs, automating forms/workflows, and streamlining procedures.
15. Manage the Insurance intranet site as a centralized knowledge base for stakeholders.
16. **Support for Mergers, Acquisitions, and Special Projects:**
17. Provide insurance-related expertise and assistance during mergers, acquisitions, and other corporate projects.
**Skills and Qualifications:**
+ Strong negotiation and communication skills.
+ Attention to detail and ability to analyze complex insurance contracts.
+ Experience in insurance operations or a related field.
+ Familiarity with contract review and compliance requirements.
+ Proficiency in managing multiple stakeholders and coordinating across teams.
