JOB REQUIREMENTS Education Bachelor of Science degree in a business related area or previous managment experience in Healthcare. Experience Minumum of three-five years experience or previous Healthcare Management experience in financial operations of a business, especially in health related industries. Two years supervisory experience. Demonstrated knowledge of appropriate skills for communication with all ages, especially the geriatric population. Experience and knowledge of surgical cases and medical terminology or completion of medical terminology class. Physical This is a safety sensitive position. Routinely, assigns and responsibly directs staff. Assist in scheduling cases as needed. Prepares patient refunds. This position is required to utilize independent judgement.
