Insurance Systems Technical Analyst

Position Description: Solicit, document, and analyze business needs and requirements within assigned area and recommend technology solutions to improve business operations and processes. Work with internal and external resources to guide new technology designs and modifications related to assigned area. Implement solutions that streamline the business process.  

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Liaison between the business and the RMIS department for project initiation. Communicate, collaborate, and partner with other business analysts to ensure a holistic perspective of issues and potential changes, and to analyze and coordinate cross functional activities.Look at business issues, identify root causes, and come up with solutions that leverage capabilities between existing systems. The Implemented solutions should be flexible and can adapt as business needs evolve.
