Responsibilities and Duties + Verifies all insurance coverage for upcoming patient appointments + Determines patient's responsibility if applicable electronically and/or by phone + Enters all insurance information clearly and accurately into medical billing system + Obtains referral and or authorization prior to scheduled appointment + Advises patient of their responsibility prior to scheduled appointments Qualifications Qualifications and Skills + High School Diploma + Medical billing experience, preferably insurance verification + Exceptional communication skills both verbal and written + Proficient mathematical skills + Must be able to multi-task + Must be self-motivated + Must be organized and detail oriented + Must be a team-player with a positive attitude Job Type: Full-time
