This position involves gathering and screening admission-related documents, conducting interviews with applicants and their families/designated representatives, and ensuring seamless communication with referring institutions and families. The intake coordinator will also perform a variety of other tasks related to the admission process, providing critical support to the team. Job Details Key Responsibilities: Performing admission responsibilities by gathering and screening all documents related to the admission of prospective residents/patients. Conduct interviews with applicants and/or their families/designated representatives prior to admission. Notify referring institutions and/or families when beds become available. Complete intake paperwork and distribute it to the appropriate departments for processing. Schedule intake interviews for families/designated representatives. Mail necessary documents to referring sources. Conduct tours of the facility Perform other related duties as assigned, ensuring the smooth and efficient admission process. The pay for this position ranges from $27.00- $30.00 per hour. This range serves as a good faith estimate and actual pay will encompass a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience.
