Description We are seeking a detail-oriented Intake Specialist to join our team in Oklahoma City. This role is responsible for processing new orders, acting as the first point of contact for customers, and ensuring accuracy in order intake. This role is 100% on-site Key Responsibilities + Work closely with Client Managers to understand and fulfill client needs. + Prioritize and process orders according to client and business requirements. + Communicate with clients via phone and email to verify order details and special requests. + Monitor emails for updates from Client Services, Information Services, or Clients. + Save and organize all order-related documentation and email correspondence. + Provide formal confirmations and invoices to clients. + Maintain professionalism and effective communication at all times. + Enter order details and instructions into proprietary software accurately. + Document surveys and save relevant data in the database. Requirements Qualifications & Requirements + Prior experience in an office environment, preferably handling time-sensitive tasks requiring high accuracy. + Strong attention to detail and critical thinking skills. + Basic math proficiency. + Ability to make accurate and timely decisions. + Proficiency with computers and software applications. + Strong organizational and multitasking skills. + Ability to balance independent work with team collaboration. + Intermediate level of digital literacy.
