As an Intake Representative at VillageCare, you will play a crucial role in supporting prospective members interested in enrolling in our VillageCareMAX MLTC, MAP, and DSNP products. Your primary responsibilities will include answering incoming calls from clients and referral sources, providing comprehensive answers to inquiries, and promoting our company offerings. You will verify Medicaid and Medicare eligibility and ensure accurate demographic information in our enrollment system.\n

In this collaborative role, you will assist the Business Development Manager in maintaining strong relationships with referral sources and scheduling nursing visits as needed. Your ability to provide detailed explanations of plan benefits and compare various options will guide potential members in choosing the best plan for their needs.
