VillageCareMAX is looking for a motivated individual for this Full-Time role as the Intake Representative. This position is responsible for receiving external referrals, making screening calls with potential members and scheduling initial assessments with enrollment nurses. The Intake Representative will play an integral role in assisting and maintaining the Business Development Manager's relationships with all referral sources. \n

\udbc0\udc78 Promoting company products
\udbc0\udc78 Verifies demographic information
\udbc0\udc78 Verifies Medicaid and Medicare eligibility
\udbc0\udc78 Data entry of referrals and inquiries
\udbc0\udc78 Schedules nursing visits
\udbc0\udc78 Provides support to external and internal referral sources
\udbc0\udc78 Provides a detailed level of explanation for plan benefits
\udbc0\udc78 Provides comparison between all lines of business and advises the potential member of what plan may be most beneficial to their needs
\udbc0\udc78 Performs other job related duties as may be required or directed by supervisor\n

We would like to speak to those who have 3+ years job related experience. Associate's degree required. Excellent communication skills, organizational skills and problem solving will be vital to this position. Bilingual skills required. - Russian.\n
