Team members in this position function with a great deal of professional autonomy under the supervision of the Program Supervisor   EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: + Master’s degree in psychology, social work or a related human services field required. + Current valid professional license/certification in the State of Michigan. Full Licensure is required. + At least two (2) years previous related experience required.   DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: + Provide assessments and referral services to children, youth, families and adult clients of Starfish Family Services. + Provide support and crisis intervention to children, youth, families and adults. + Assist in coordination and referrals of support services to parents. + Provide individual, group and family treatment to assigned clients. + Maintain weekly productivity expectations as determined by supervisor. + Maintain clinical charts in an accurate and timely manner to include, but not limited to assessments and all other MDCH chart requirements. + Make intra-agency referrals for evaluations, consultation, and other services, e.g. parent education.   LICENSING AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS:  + Valid driver’s license and / or reliable transportation.       Starfish Family Services is an Equal Opportunity Employer  EOE/M/F/D/V
