YOUR ROLE Essential Duties and Responsibilities Lead strategy, planning and execution of Schwarzkopf Professional communication campaigns Lead development of campaign & communication strategy plans, facilitating cross-departmental collaboration to bring together all content touchpoints, including marketing team offsite and presentation to executive committee for approval. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and departments to ensure cohesive content strategy and execution across Schwarzkopf Professional’s entire ecosystem, aligning content and messaging across digital, social, trade, retail, education, event and partner channels for a unified brand story approach. Contribute to leading third-party agencies for campaign & communication activations including but not limited to model casting, production, glam crew, PR agencies and photographers Act as project manager for brand and digital photo shoots, collecting and communicating all details for the run-of-show and day-of logistics to achieve campaign goals Maintain timelines for campaign-related activities to meet trade marketing print and communication deadlines, while looking ahead to digital needs Responsible for campaign budget including overseeing photo & digital shoot budgets Host regular campaign meetings and facilitate cross-departmental collaboration YOUR SKILLS Bachelor’s degree in relevant field preferred 10+ years of job and industry-relevant experience Proven track record in content strategy, marketing, and cross-functional leadership Experience in developing holistic campaigns with strategic story-telling aspect Experience in holistically managing content and communication ecosystems Background in communication, influencer and affiliate marketing of advantage Strong Project Management skills, highly organized and team-oriented Strong communication skills

The salary for this role is $130,000.00 - $160,000.00. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position.  We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range.  This salary range may also be modified in the future.
