Integrated Digital Specialist

As a key member of the Nexstar digital sales team, the Integrated Digital Specialist (IDS) is responsible for driving growth in digital marketing services revenue. You’ll be the market expert in digital solutions, working both independently and collaboratively with the Nexstar sales team to surpass revenue goals in digital marketing. Your primary focus will be selling Nexstar’s cutting-edge Tactive Digital suite of services (including targeted video, digital audience extensions, SEO/SEM, and sponsorships) to advance client business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Serve as the digital marketing lead and subject matter expert for your market.
+ Develop and execute winning sales strategies that exceed personal and team revenue targets.
+ Build, manage, and nurture strong relationships with new and existing clients.
+ Drive new business development while growing revenue with existing clients.
+ Educate internal teams and clients on the value of digital marketing.
+ Collaborate in sales meetings, sharing best practices and industry trends.
+ Partner with the sales team to create synergy and maximize revenue.
+ Close deals effectively and consistently maintain client communication.
+ Thrive in joint client meetings ("four-legged" calls) with the sales team.
What You Bring:
+ Education: BA or BS in Business, Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field preferred.
+ Experience:
+ 1+ years in digital marketing or media sales preferred.
+ Strong knowledge of local digital marketing products and how they can benefit clients.
+ Skills:
+ Excellent communication and presentation skills, particularly with high-level decision-makers.
+ Ability to collaborate effectively and navigate a consultative sales environment.
+ Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
+ A motivated, resourceful, and self-driven approach to work, able to excel both independently and in team settings.
+ Up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and industry advancements.
+ Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and able to quickly adapt to in-house sales systems.
