**A Snapshot of Your Day** **In this role, you'll oversee the Integrated Management System (IMS) to ensure compliance with standards. Your day involves updating policies, coordinating audits, analyzing system deficiencies, and recommending improvements. You’ll also plan and execute risk management activities to ensure processes align with company goals.** **How You’ll Make an Impact** + **Develop, implement, and improve the Integrated Management System (IMS) policies and procedures.** + **Ensure compliance with internal and external standards and regulations (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 14001).** + **Coordinate internal audits and support external audit activities.** + **Plan and implement risk management activities to align processes with company objectives.** + **Analyze, document, and report on system deficiencies, providing recommendations for continuous improvements.** + **Supervise and report on the efficiency of the IMS, including results of audits and management reviews.** **What You Bring** + **Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, Business or Manufacturing.** + **Certifications: Relevant certifications such as ISO.** + **Experience: Prior experience in quality management, auditing, and process improvement is highly desirable.** + **Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization.
