The Integrated Marketing Analyst II is a bilingual professional who will support the Latin America and Caribbean region by leveraging expertise in social media management, content creation, graphic design, and analytics to enhance Conduent’s employer brand and attract top talent. The ideal candidate is creative, detail-oriented, and highly skilled in leveraging digital tools and platforms to create engaging campaigns, analyze performance metrics, and optimize results. The role will collaborate closely with Marketing and Talent Acquisition teams to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
The primary role of this person is to serve as a key contributor to the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns and strategies. Once hired, the Integrated Marketing Analyst II will often have these responsibilities:

\nGraphic Design:
\n\n Create designs for social media posts, campaigns, and promotional materials, including graphics for specific roles, events, and celebrations; using tools like Canva Premium. \n Develop templates for digital content, such as invitations, calendars, and diplomas.\n Adapt designs for online platforms, such as Google Ads display campaigns.\n\nVideo Content:
\n\n Create and edit videos using tools like CapCut, Canva, TikTok, and VocalVideo.\n Develop video scripts and record content for social media and promotional campaigns.\n Support live events and video-based activities.\n\nSocial Media Management:
\n\n Develop monthly social media calendars for each country in the region.\n Schedule and publish posts, videos, and stories using Meta Business Suite.\n Create and post real-time content for TikTok and other platforms.\n\nCopywriting:
\n\n Write compelling captions and descriptions for campaigns, social media posts, and promotional content.\n Create written content for email marketing, recruitment campaigns, and corporate communications.\n Tailor captions for videos, reels, and special campaigns.\n\nContent Creation:
\n\n Propose creative content ideas for social media calendars, including trends, festivities, and special events.\n Support photo and video coverage of events, ensuring high-quality and engaging materials.\n\nDigital Tools Management:
\n\n Manage short URLs using platforms like Bitly and Short.io.\n Maintain and update Linktree to ensure all campaign links are functional.\n Support with forms and event registrations using EmailMe Form and other tools.\n\nProject Management:
\n\n Handle marketing support requests and ensure all necessary information is accurate.\n Organize tasks using Trello to track progress and completion.\n\nJob Requirements:
\n\n 2+ years of experience in social media management, community management, or recruitment marketing.\n Fluent in Spanish and English (written and spoken).\n Strong understanding of social media platforms and analytics tools, including Meta Business Suite, TikTok, and Google Analytics.\n Proficiency in graphic design tools and experience (preferably) with stock platforms like Freepik, Unsplash, and Pexels. Video editing skills using tools like CapCut and Canva.\n Exceptional grammar and copywriting skills in both English and Spanish.\n Creativity and ability to propose innovative content ideas.\n Basic knowledge of photography and photo editing.\n Familiarity with digital tools like Bitly, Short.io, Linktree, and EmailMe Form.\n\nSkills:
