About this opportunity
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Integrated Digital Communications Manager to join our BCSS Marketing Strategy and Programs team. The ideal candidate will have a strong digital-first mindset and experience working with both local and global teams to drive business impact for Ericsson. This role requires a blend of digital communications expertise and executive communications experience.

 

What you will do
•    Bring an integrated strategy to planning, writing, and managing social communications to support our wider strategic programs and senior executives, ensuring consistency and alignment with the BCSS vision
•    Develop and manage BCSS's influencer program to enhance solution education, visibility and engagement across key strategic paid and owned channels.
•    Create engaging and informative content for various digital platforms, including social media, blog creation and process, and other forms of strategic content.
•    Monitor and analyze the performance of digital communications initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
•    Stay up-to-date with the latest digital communications trends and best practices, to recommend and drive innovation, ensuring Ericsson remains at the forefront of the industry.
•    Working with the wider BCSS M&C team, help drive a digital-first approach across marketing and communications.
•    Collaborate with local and global teams to support the execution of digital campaigns that drive business impact.

 

You will bring
•    Proven experience in digital communications, with a strong understanding of digital-first strategies and tools.
•    Experience in developing strategic marketing content and writing for executive communications.
•    Ability to work effectively at a senior level and manage relationships with multiple key stakeholders.
•    Excellent writing and editing skills, with the ability to create compelling and engaging content.
•    Strong creative mindset, with the ability to think outside the box and drive innovative digital communications initiatives.
•    Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
•    Strong analytical skills, with the ability to measure and report on the effectiveness of digital communications efforts.
Preferred qualifications:
•    Experience in the telecommunications or technology industry.
•    Familiarity with Ericsson's brand and corporate communications style.
•    Knowledge of social media management tools and analytics platforms.
