About the Role
The role requires extensive collaboration with different business functions and external partners to maximise business benefits via various engagement and initiatives. The incumbent is also responsible for supporting company-wide initiatives for AIA Hong Kong and Macau, and AIA Group when required.Join AIA for a remarkable opportunity where you will have a significant role in our mission to improve the lives of a billion people by 2030. Take the lead in our marketing, distribution & partnership team, driving impactful strategic alliances and sponsorships.
Roles and Responsibilities:Drive the execution and implement AIA Hong Kong and Macau sponsorship initiatives, as assigned.Facilitate, localise and activate AIA’s group sponsorship assets, as assigned.Support the evaluation and maintenance of strategic alliance partners to achieve business goals. Maintain and deepen the relationships with strategic partners for mutual benefits and business results.Support collaboration with collaborators, customers, partners, and team members to craft and implement campaigns/programmes. This will improve business benefits with a coordinated marketing approach and achieve company objectives.Collaborate closely with various internal collaborators, such as distribution channels, finance, compliance, legal, administration, and operation teams, to facilitate the project implementation. Continuously monitor risk profile to ensure adherence to legal and regulatory requirements, if applicable.Collaborate closely with production houses, PR, marketing agencies to deliver engagement initiatives in a timely and efficient manner.Support the review of business performances with strategic alliance partners on a regular basis and proactively improve performance to ensure required results are met.Minimum Job Requirements:Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.8+ years of marketing experience, preferably with sponsorship/ liaison experience.Existing network of alliances contacts.Skill in effectively prioritising multiple tasks concurrently in a fast-paced environment.Strong interpersonal and communications skills.Strong analytical and innovative problem-solving skills.Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint.Proficiency in English and Chinese.Digital/social media savvy.Candidates with less experience will be considered as Manager.Others:You are required to acquire the relevant license(s) if your job involves regulated activities.Build a career with us as we help our customers and the community live Healthier, Longer, Better Lives.
