The Opportunity


Sephora UK is growing rapidly, and we’re looking for a highly motivated and organized Integrated Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team. In this role, you’ll play a key part in delivering seamless omni-channel marketing campaigns that captivate our customers and drive results. You’ll collaborate across multiple teams—marketing, e-commerce, and commercial—to bring exciting global animations, in-store events, and local trade promotions to life. 

 

This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same, and your proactive approach will ensure our campaigns run smoothly from start to finish. 

You will also be responsible for: 

Own the Calendar: Partner with the Integrated Marketing Manager to build, update, and share the omni-channel animation and events calendar, ensuring it’s followed across the business. 

Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with internal teams—Creative, E-commerce, CRM, Product, Trade, and Stores—to align campaign requirements and deliverables. 

Manage Campaign Assets: Coordinate the collation, briefing, approval, and delivery of marketing assets across all channels, tailoring them to meet campaign objectives. 

Execute In-Store Campaigns: Ensure timely and effective implementation of in-store animations and events by working closely with Beauty Advisors on planning, briefing, and execution. 

Ensure Consistency: Safeguard campaign messaging and visuals to ensure they align with Sephora’s brand standards and best practices. 

Monitor and Optimize: Track campaign performance, collate activity reports, and support the Integrated Marketing Manager in providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

An analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret campaign data and apply insights effectively.
