We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven integrated marketing manager to oversee audience development for the Marketing vertical including brands like Masters in Marketing and Marketing Against the Grain.
This role is essential in driving the discovery of our content, introducing our content to new and qualified audiences, and converting new viewers into loyal newsletter subscribers.
The ideal candidate will be an integrated marketing strategist with a proven ability to research, plan, and execute multi-channel marketing strategies that deliver measurable results.
In this role, you'll get to:
Audience Research & Insights: Partner with the Growth teams to conduct comprehensive market research to understand audience behavior, preferences, and trends. Analyze data to identify new audience segments and opportunities for growth. Provide actionable insights to inform marketing strategies and editorial direction. Strategic Planning: Develop and implement a holistic marketing strategy that aligns with our brand goals and drives audience growth. Collaborate with Creative and Media Buying teams to create cross-channel marketing plans, including paid, earned, and owned channels. Develop a PR strategy in partnership with the Partnerships and Creator teams to amplify our reach. Channel Strategy & Execution: Design and execute “always-on” distribution strategies across web, email, and social media channels to ensure continuous audience engagement. Plan and manage tentpole campaigns that create key moments throughout the year. Partner with the Content & Clips team to develop all brand and promotional assets including a viz ID, social media posts, digital ads, email copy, and event signage. Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of campaigns and initiatives. Performance Measurement & Optimization: Track and measure the performance of all marketing efforts against established KPIs. Analyze campaign data to assess the effectiveness of strategies and identify areas for improvement. Provide regular feedback to editorial and channel teams to optimize content and distribution efforts. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including Creative, Media, Partnerships, and Editorial, to align marketing strategies with overall business objectives. Serve as a key point of contact for all audience development initiatives, ensuring clear communication and collaboration across departments.We are looking for people with:
Proven track record of developing and executing successful multi-channel marketing strategies. Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and performance measurement. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media, email marketing, and web analytics. Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and a passion for audience engagement.Cash compensation range: 70000-105000 USD Annually

The cash compensation above includes base salary, on-target commission for employees in eligible roles, and annual bonus targets under HubSpot’s bonus plan for eligible roles. In addition to cash compensation, some roles are eligible to participate in HubSpot’s equity plan to receive restricted stock units (RSUs). Some roles may also be eligible for overtime pay. Individual compensation packages are based on a few different factors unique to each candidate, including their skills, experience, qualifications and other job-related reasons.
