THE TEAM
Ticketmaster, part of Live Nation Entertainment, is the largest live entertainment company in the world, consisting of five businesses: concert promotion and venue operations, sponsorship, ticketing solutions, ecommerce, and artist management. The Ticketmaster Marketing team drives fan-centric initiatives via Content, Product Marketing, Partnerships, CRM, and Performance Marketing channels, creating campaigns to retain existing fans, acquire new fans and ultimately drive sales.
THE JOB
Ticketmaster is looking for a strategic, results-oriented Integrated Marketing Manager to join our Brand & Integrated Marketing team. In this role, you’ll support the development of integrated marketing campaigns across our key lines of business in North America (Sports, Music, Arts and more). You will leverage your marketing experience to help design full-funnel marketing campaigns to generate growth and support with fan journey optimizations. You will play a key role in shaping the brand narrative for Ticketmaster and ensure impactful fan-facing communication with a consistent tone of voice for the brand.

As a marketing manager, you’ll have the opportunity to build marketing strategies and campaigns based on category insights, channel performance, and analytics. You will be working with our commercial strategy and business teams on defining projects with specific KPIs, building campaigns, tracking our progress to those and reporting out on results.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
Be highly focused on campaign planning and organization (including tools, documents, developing processes), building measurement plans and reporting
Support the development of strategic and integrated category marketing plans using owned, paid and earned media channels that drive revenue growth and new customer acquisition
Leverage performance insights to inform strategies for future campaigns
Collaborate with partners to distill and develop research and insights work to inform marketing strategy and communication
Work cross-functionally to help connect the dots across Commercial Strategy, Business Teams, Paid Media, Owned channels, Partnership Marketing and Creative teams
Collaboration with in-house Media Strategy & Planning on channel strategy and asset optimization
Provide competitive and industry insights to inform planning
WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW (or TECHNICAL SKILLS)
5+ years of experience in integrated marketing and / or performance marketing
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field
Comfort with analyzing large data sets, interpreting primary and secondary consumer research; and distilling data insights to make strategic recommendations
Strong technical skills and competence in Google Drive, Microsoft Products with the ability to build new tools for managing work effectively
Understanding and experience with creation of integrated campaigns across all marketing channels
Knowledge of and passion for sports, music and the arts, marketing trends, tech and digital/social media - sports experience is a strongly preferred skill set
The ability to effectively communicate with all employee levels

The expected compensation for this position is:
$100,000.00 USD - $125,000.00 USD** Pay is based on a number of factors including market location, qualifications, skills, and experience.
