Integrated Marketing Senior Specialist

Responsibilities:

Responsible for developing integrated marketing strategy (from research to monitoring of results) - partner with key stakeholders to identify target markets, focus solution, TAL, top customers, events, industry bodies, associations, accounts to implement local brand awareness and thought leadership campaigns.

Leads the annual marketing plans and associated budgets for the region. Ensures all market plans are being executed effectively and timely within budget approved.

Ensures proper result monitoring of all campaigns/projects managed. Measure and report performance of online and offline marketing campaigns and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs).

Responsible for updating stakeholders with progress and results of campaigns managed and overall marketing annual plan. Lead marketing meetings with the stakeholders to discuss plans and gather feedback.

Works and proactively shares market relevant insights with digital, PR, social, content, to deliver and execute local brand awareness and thought leadership campaigns in the regions to meet local requirements.

Plan, optimize, and execute regional web, SEO/SEM, social media, and display advertising campaigns (Google Ads and Yandex.

Brainstorms new and creative growth strategies.

Plans, executes, and measures experiments and conversion tests.

Localizes campaigns, product launches, content and other marketing materials as required. Suggest improvements based on the performance and feedback.

Support the customer reference program. Work with AE/CSE to build relationships with existing customers, to capture success stories, and to identify channels where their stories would be valuable.

Work with partner marketing, product sales, content marketing, account executives, and customer success executives to create compelling and innovative customer content assets to use in campaigns.

Develop and execute events & tradeshow calendar including webinars, industry events, breakfast briefings, exec dinners, virtual events, customer events, partner recruitment events and conferences/seminar. Align with local stakeholders in identifying revenue KPIs tied into the event plans.

Develop strong understanding of and working relationships with all marketing teams and other stakeholders - product, partners, revenue teams. Make decisions through all aspects of marketing and financial planning, partnerships, and product to support the goals of the marketing team and support the sales objectives.


 

Qualifications:

10+ years of experience in demand generation, marketing programme, and/or channel marketing experience with a business-to-business IT/software company.

Good written and verbal communication skills in English

A strong independent researcher and concise communicator with the ability to understand and develop messages for a wide range of issues.

Ability to understand and translate highly technical information to a lay community, ensuring its relevance to the local market or sector.

Be able to work effectively with a creative, global workforce and within a virtual team.

Experience in successfully using sales and marketing systems, programs, and analytics to monitor and measure results (ex. Eloqua, Salesforce).
