Integrated Marketing ensures Fleet Farm has consistent customer messaging across all Marketing channels through coordination with different departments throughout the company. As part of the team, this position will help coordinate the processes, schedules, workflows and trafficking of all Marketing assets, including but not limited to, billboards, message repeaters, circulars, ecommerce promotions, social media, signing and special projects. They will ensure content and messaging meets Marketing expectations and standards, follows established procedures and confirms projects are delivered on time.
Essential Job Functions The candidate must be able to perform the majority of the following duties and responsibilities with or without a reasonable accommodation.
Work Closely with Marketing and key stakeholders to understand, coordinate and project manage all of the deliverables, timelines, and milestones associated with campaigns and related programs. This includes managing schedules, workflow, approvals and any associated processes and systems. Lead Marketing Campaign meetings to ensure all appropriate channels and levers are discussed and Team Members are aligned on the goals and desired outcomes for the event, including but not limited to Who, What, Why and When. Acts as a key Marketing liaison with Merchandising and other department stakeholders using consistent, clear, and timely communication. Review Marketing assets throughout the process to ensure accuracy and that creative, copy and production standards are consistently met. Acts as the liaison and communicator on behalf of Marketing when engaging with vendors in regards to requesting/delivering assets, including but not limited to video, photography, and graphics. Provide backup as needed for Marketing and project management systems. Creates and maintains corporate event promotions, ensures accuracy and quality of information is correct at all times within project management systems. Utilize project management systems to maintain system architecture, contribute to campaign Marketing plans and manage over-arching schedules and workflows across all Marketing channels. Experience working within Integrated Marketing Campaigns across multiple departments and with various channels and levers. Communicate with leadership and key stakeholders to ensure projects are aligned with the Marketing strategy, ensuring transparency on deliverables and workflows. Ability to adjust and pivot as needed in order to support new initiatives.Education/Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or equivalent experience required. 5+ years of professional experience in Marketing/Advertising field or equivalent work experience strongly preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills Diverse experience with project management. Demonstrated leadership skills required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, etc.) preferred but not required. Proficiency in Smartsheet or other Project Management software preferred but not required. Experience establishing and adhering to different processes and workflows. Strong attention to detail, while also considering the big picture. Self-Directed and motivated with strong organizational and interpersonal skills. Strong ability to multi-task, managing multiple projects with competing priorities. Work in a team environment, under pressure with tight deadlines. Prior related experience in retail environment is a plus.
