Integrated Master Scheduling (IMS) Senior Analyst
Kearney is hiring an Integrated Master Scheduling (IMS) Senior Analyst to support the Air Force Maintenance Repair and Overhaul (MRO) program. The IMS Senior Analyst will utilize modular architectures, next-generation integration techniques and a cloud-first, mobile-first mindset to provide vision to Application Development Teams. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, ensuring adherence to budgets, and supporting delivery of project objectives. Qualifications • U.S. citizenship • Current Secret clearance • Bachelor’s degree Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field • Minimum of 3 years of experience in an IMS role • Experience working on large-scale programs or projects • Work with an Agile mindset to create value across projects of multiple scopes and scale • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and financial systems • Attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities • Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills • Commitment to delivering high-quality work within deadlines • Self-driven and able to work independently in a dynamic environment Preferred Qualifications • Advanced degree or certification (e.g., PMP) is a plus • Experience working in a Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) and Micro Focus Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) Octane is a plus Overview Exclusively focused on the Government, Kearney & Company provides financial services, including auditing, consulting, and technology services. This range is representative of base pay only and does not include straight time pay for hours worked over 40 per week, company contributions towards paid benefits, and/or bonuses. Actual compensation (meeting or exceeding the range) will be determined based on specific experience, education, work location, clearance level, and other factors permitted by law. This position is eligible for bonuses (when applicable).
