Integrated Media Manager
**POSITION SNAPSHOT** • Location: Head Office, Ho Chi Minh City • Company: Nestlé Viet Nam **POSITION SUMMARY** As an Integrated Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing a robust integrated media strategy to accelerate brand growth and drive customer acquisition across Nestlé’s iconic brand portfolio. This role requires a strategic thinker with deep expertise in media planning, campaign execution, data-driven decision-making, and cross-functional collaboration to optimize campaign performance and maximize impact. **A DAY IN THE LIFE…** **1. Integrated Media Strategy & Campaign Leadership** + Develop and execute comprehensive, multi-channel integrated media strategies at annual, quarterly, and campaign levels, aligning with brand and business objectives + Collaborate closely with internal brand, marketing, content, data, and CRM teams, as well as external media agencies and key platform partners, to drive campaign success + Own the end-to-end media briefing process, ensuring seamless execution, ongoing optimization, and data-driven improvements + Oversee large-scale, cross-channel campaigns, ensuring alignment with KPIs, budget efficiency, and continuous performance tracking **2. Data-Driven Media Optimization** + Integrate insights from internal research, consumer behavior analytics, and campaign performance metrics to inform media planning and strategy + Leverage test-and-learn methodologies to drive innovation, continuously refining targeting, messaging, and media mix for maximum impact + Spearhead Nestlé’s advancement in emerging media channels by piloting new platforms, technologies, and strategic Joint Business Plan (JBP) partnerships **3. Innovation & Emerging Technology** + Explore and experiment with new media channels, platforms, and digital innovations to stay ahead of industry trends + Partner with media platforms and agencies to test and scale breakthrough media solutions that enhance brand reach and engagement **WHAT MAKE YOU SUCCESSFUL** + Bachelor’s or Master’s degree + 5+ years of experience in integrated media planning, digital marketing, or performance marketing within a fast-paced, consumer-centric industry (FMCG, retail, e-commerce, agency, or tech) + Strong expertise in media strategy, campaign execution, and cross-channel media planning, including digital, social, search, programmatic, and traditional media + Proven experience managing large-scale media budgets and multi-channel campaigns. + Strong analytical skills with experience leveraging data insights, audience segmentation, and performance metrics to optimize campaigns + Experience working with media agencies, ad tech platforms, and strategic media partners + Deep knowledge of media planning and buying, audience targeting, and media measurement techniques + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies + Exceptional stakeholder management and ability to collaborate across functions and teams + Strong project management skills with a keen eye for detail and execution excellence. + A passion for innovation, emerging technologies, and digital-first marketing strategies.
