Role Description
The Integrated Media Strategist will play a pivotal role in developing tailored business solutions that drive measurable client success and revenue growth. By leveraging a consultative approach, the Integrated Media Strategist will collaborate with internal teams and clients to understand unique business challenges, craft customized strategies, and deliver value-added solutions. This role requires strong analytical and creative skills, and a proactive mindset to ensure client satisfaction and long-term business partnerships.
Responsibilities
Client Engagement and Relationship Building
Prospect contacts from assigned client roster and probe on their unique business challenges. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, through regular touch points, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded. Create and present conversation decks, including case studies, roadshow presentations, and insight-sharing materials to strengthen thought leadership and trust. Act as a trusted advisor to clients, regularly scheduling client consultations to assess needs and gather feedback on delivered solutions in order to provide strategic guidance to help them achieve their business goals.Tailored Business Solutions
Lead the creation of tailored business solutions that align with clients business challenges Utilize a deep understanding of Innity Philippines Inc.'s ad capabilities, third-party platforms, and technologies to develop innovative solutions. Collaborate closely with the Business Development Teams (P&P, Passionation) to design and develop innovative products and solutions that address client-specific business challenges, ensuring these offerings align with the tailored solutions offered. Continuously analyze industry and market trends to adapt and refine tailored solutions, ensuring alignment with evolving client needs.Consultancy and Pitch Support
Serve as a strategic consultant for the other team by providing guidance and insights during the development of media proposals, ensuring alignment with client business objectives and market opportunities. Lead the strategic direction for high-stakes client pitches, offering tailored recommendations, data-driven insights, and innovative frameworks to elevate proposal quality and impact.
Performance Measures
Work with the team to achieve team revenue target from activated accounts # of tailored solutions presented # of total briefs received % briefs received vs solutions presented
