The Integrated Planning function within RTX is responsible for driving schedule alignment with financial, factory, program operations, and engineering stakeholders which results in an integrated plan, providing the basis for long term sales and operations execution (S&OE). S&OE gives program managers and value stream leaders the ability to come together and make strategic and tactical decisions about how to collectively run their businesses to optimize customer satisfaction and financial performance. The Integrated Planning team drives execution efficiency by applying analytics and optimization to system data to support business processes. This execution position is focused on program readiness for major end-items tied to firm contracts.
What You Will Do:
Understand production demand profiles and the corresponding internal and external constraints to ensure potential issues are well-understood, communicated, and addressed in a timely manner. Work to enable decision making and collaboration across a variety of functions and program areas through data analysis, simulation, and fact-based influence. Identify areas of greatest risk and variability and analyze different scenarios to establish contingency plans as needed to increase our ability to deliver on schedule. Make schedule and planning decisions for major deliverables and provide process support and oversight with focus on near-term and mid-term plans. Leverage strong interpersonal and leadership skills to be successful in optimizing the schedule around factory efficiency, high customer satisfaction, and consistency in achieving financial targets.Work closely with the cross-functional execution team. Assist with responsibilities across the Integrated Planning Organization. Provide strategic and organizational support to ensure the efficient execution of activities for Integrated Planning that drive high impact and high visibility.Interface and coordinate with Program Leadership Team, factory production control leads, planners, and other functional customers.Communicate schedule changes across multiple factories.Run and analyze Kinaxis simulations for strategic execution.Coordinate material for various test milestones.Assist with developing strategic mitigation plans (MRSP) with the program and material program managers.Drive MRP Health data integrity.Help maintain Planned Independent Requirements and Dependent Demand.Coordinate PRISM set-up for transition to full rate production.Support and drive program Line of Balance actions.Support customer-oriented meetings and briefing material.Qualifications You Must Have:
Minimum 8 years relevant experience in an Integrated Planning role or relevant job role. Experience analyzing analytical data from various sources/tools.Professional experience using SAP, Kinaxis and/or similar application/tool.Qualifications We Prefer:
Knowledge of ITAR rules and regulations.Experience with Government and/or Depot type processes.Proficient with MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.Experience with production planning systems.A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years experience.What We Offer

The salary range for this role is 105,000 USD - 221,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
