Integrated Producer

The Integrated Producer will work closely with all BU partners to produce projects that are defined, created, and launched in the most effective and business focused way. The integrated producer will coordinate project intake, triage, execution and launch activities. Types of projects that the Producer is involved with include large product campaigns, integrated cross channel campaigns, video, email / CRM programs, digital partnership activation and multimedia events & installations and oversee multiple print projects simultaneously.

Strong technical knowledge of various printing processes (digital, offset, screen printing and materials). This individual should have an understanding of printing and mailing requirements. Provide print production industry knowledge to best offer solutions and deliver programs.

Position Responsibilities:

Shape the work in partnership with the partners, marketing, creative and technology.See to it that requirements are gathered, kept prioritized and managed to completion w/in the project/product solution.Be creative and flexible when it comes to developing and applying the right process/methodology.Collaborate across disciplines to drive problem solving and design solutions (creative, UX, technology, strategy, analytics, planning); enables the idea and is always in service of it.Expertly frame projects by asking all the right questions about staff, technology and vendors, and offer alternatives and innovation to the approach.Develop Project Management artifacts to ensure success for each project (ex: schedules, cost estimates)Know design and technology trends, how to implement them and when.Manage of all print request with external vendor(s)Vendor relationship managementManageme JH Merch Market Online Promotional Products Store, ensuring store is up to date with inventory and in season item and manage custom orders and function as main point of contact for US Segment

Job Requirements:

Having previous creative or and print production experienceMinimum of bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or related field of study a plus5+ combined years in marketing or communicationsPossessing the depth of knowledge to understand the impact of creative decisionClear, Confident Communication (written, verbal, presentation)Demonstrates good judgment during issue identification and escalation processRelationship management and project management experience requiredExcellent problem solving and negotiation skills

Salary range is expected to be between

$68,475.00 USD - $114,125.00 USD

The actual salary will vary depending on local market conditions, geography and relevant job-related factors such as knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience, and education/training.
