You'll contribute to the role of Senior Integrated Producer by joining our Bissell account, specifically to manage across digital media work streams; optimized through DCO campaign management. Jellyfish manages Bissell's paid media budgets and links to creative ideation and asset production. This is a rewarding and insightful account, incorporating all facets of campaign setup, production, and management within the agency. You will link our media management and asset production capabilities at the heart of our production focus.
This is a contract position and the salary banding for this role is between 100K-117K USD annually.

Your primary responsibilities will include:
Develop/update, guide and implement appropriate plans for the account, working in collaboration with other team members to help us achieve our operational objectives and reach our financial targetsManage the creative ideation and DCO process from conception to delivery, across multiple asset types. Utilizing lead creative assets taken from client shoots (where applicable)Good understanding of media plans and publisher display technical specificationsExperienced working with in-house media teams and understanding of media strategy implications that improve the production of assets and optimization, necessitating agile DCO productionCommercial proficiency in scoping integrated projects of varying scales and budgets, and retained accounts.Working closely with Project Management and finance teams to ensure the financial health of projects is maintained5+ years of experience having worked or managed social campaigns including paid media and third-party agency partnersGreat knowledge of Digital/Print/OOH/DOOH/Social production workflowsUnderstanding of production rates and the ability to assess complex production requests and RFP documentsQualificationsProficiency in media asset production accounts, overseeing all aspects of brief ingestion, project and resource planning, overseeing all asset production, delivery and project financialsDemonstrte expertise in managing DCO campaigns of all sizes, managing timelines and running projects independently from conception through to deliverySkills using digital display media adaptation and localizationFamiliarity with creative ideation and video production workflowsAbility to prioritize effectively across a number of projects, managing time and resources according to each production's requirements on a daily and weekly basisClient-centric - You'll love getting to know your clients, developing long-lasting relationships and adding value to their business.Analytics & Reporting - You'll be a whizz at using data and market insights to inform decisions and develop business strategies.Adaptability - You're good at adapting strategies and plans to navigate unforeseen circumstances.Note: We emphasize skills, expertise and behavioral attributes over years of experience and traditional degrees.
