Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS), Mobility Surveillance and Bombers (MS&B) has exciting opportunities for Integrated Product Team Leaders (Level M) to join our dynamic team in Oklahoma City, OK to support the B-52J Radar Modernization Program (RMP) segment. We are seeking leaders for Aircraft and Mission Systems (MS) Level 1 Integrated Product Team (IPT).


A unique opportunity awaits to help develop and implement the IPT structure for the RMP segment.  The IPT leader will be responsible for delivering an integrated product to the respective segment.  This will require close coordination with our engineering capability leaders as well as all functions within the organization.  The successful candidate will be detailed oriented, biased towards action and proactive in problem solving and coordination. 

Position Responsibilities:

Manages employees and mid-level managers performing business management activities in the area of Program Management.Develops and executes integrated organizational plans, and guides the development of business and technical strategies, goals, objectives working with our Engineering capabilities.Manages and drives performance.Acquires resources for organizational activities, provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvements.Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports.Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes.Manages, develops and motivates employees and mid-level managers.

This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. An interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

Bachelor's degree or higher or equivalent work experience10+ years of experience leading through influence and partnering with cross-functional teams on projects, transactions, or initiatives5+ years of experience in program management of technical programs for aerospace or other engineering business areas3+ years of experience in a management role working with both direct reports and business unit leaders3+ years of experience with RIO (Risks, Issues and Opportunities) processes and tools3+ years of experience with Earned Value Management (EVM)

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

15+ years of experience leading through influence and partnering with cross-functional teams on projects, transactions, or initiatives     10+ years of experience managing risks, cost performance and schedule performance      10+ years of experience in program management of technical programs for aerospace or other engineering business areas 8+ years of experience with Program Management Best Practices (PMBP)      8+ years of experience working with multiple internal and external stakeholders (i.e. business partner, customer, Finance, suppliers) in planning and executing projects    8+ years of experience with Earned Value Management (EVM)  Active U.S. Secret (or higher) Clearance      

Travel:  Travel 20% of the time or more as needed

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary pay range for $167,450 - $226,550
