Our facility in Littleton, CO seeks an early to mid-career Program Planner III to join our mission supporting the next generation GPS III (Global Positioning System) program. Now more than ever is a great time to join our Navigation Systems programs. Summary of Key Duties: In this role you will….
• Be part of a team to plan and manage detailed schedule networks from design, assembly, test, and into operations
• Interface with Engineering, Finance and Business Operations, Supply Chain, and Program Management while working with the entire planning team to translate authorized customer requirements into the performance measurement baseline
• Develop and maintain compliant Integrated Master Schedules that accurately and comprehensively validate contractual scope, workflow, and resources required to execute the program
• Work with cross-functional teams to drive progress and performance, monitor changes and status, and facilitate communication between stakeholders
• Assist in negotiating handoffs between product areas regarding technical content and schedules as well as facilitating workaround planning as required
• Serve as a liaison by maintaining, publishing, and presenting relevant planning and scheduling information and metrics to provide visi

Basic Qualifications:
• 3-7 years of professional experience in an operational planning or scheduling type of capacity
• Working knowledge of a scheduling tool such as MS Project (preferred), Open Plan, Primavera, ProjectView
• Earned value or demand management experience
• Ability to perform schedule integrity checks and critical path analysis
• Demonstrated ability to compile, prepare and present information to management and customers
• For facility access and program requirements, must be a United States citizen
Desired Skills:
• Bachelors degree from an accredited college
• Extensive Microsoft Project Server and Microsoft Excel
• Additional planning knowledge/experience (examples: Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) or Manufacturing Resource Planning (MRP)
• Experience with resource loaded schedules
• Experience with Schedule Risk Assessments (Monte Carlo simulations)
• Strong sense of follow-up and closure with strict attention to detail and quality

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 9x80 every other Friday off
Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Maryland, Washington or Washington DC is $74,700 - $143,100. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
