This role will report to the RMS Director of Program Planning & Integration\. While this is a hybrid telework role, the selected candidate should be located near one of our major RMS locations to facilitate onsite work as needed\.

**THE WORK**
This position provides planning/scheduling support for the RMS Business Unit by giving Day\-to\-Day direction to the Integrated Planning and Proposals team\.
Exercise leadership on near\-term to long\-range PP&I initiatives\. Lead the team to provide integrated program planning support for key RMS captures and proposals\. Lead and serve as the SME for scheduling matters related to proposal planning products\. Ensure applicable scheduling practices are actively coordinated, at all levels, with related functional disciplines\. This position regularly interacts with RMS Cross Functional Leadership on matters related to proposal schedules and reviews\.
Champion change to address program performance systemic issues and drive Start Green Stay Green practices\.
Please Note: You must have the ability to obtain and maintain Secret Clearance; US Citizenship is required\. Additionally, up to 25% travel will be required for this role\.

**Basic Qualifications:**
• Bachelors degree or above from an accredited college, or equivalent experience/combined education
• Experience with Integrated Master Schedule \(IMS\)\.
• Experience with Critical Path Methodology \(CPM\)\.
• Experience with Earned Value Management System \(EVMS\)\.
• Knowledge of DCMA Schedule Health Metrics and Schedule Performance Metrics
• Experience creating competitive and sole source proposal schedules
• Experience reviewing State of Work \(SOW\) and Request for Proposal \(RFP\) documents
• Experience with Scheduling Software such as Open Plan, Primavera, or Microsoft Project\.
• Experience with performing and adjudicating Schedule Health Metrics and Schedule Performance Metrics\.
• Demonstrated knowledge of subcontractor & government furnished equipment integration with a Prime Contractor’s IMS
• Schedule Risk Assessment \(SRA\) Experience\.

• Leadership Experience\.
• CDRL knowledge and experience with DI\-MGMT\-81861A Integrated Program Management Report \(IPMR\), DI\-MGMT\-81861B Integrated Program Management Data and Analysis Report \(IPMDAR\) and/or DI\-MGMT\-81650 Integrated Master Schedule \(IMS\)\.
• Strong knowledge of LM Program Performance Management \(PPM\) Command Media\.
• Experience with DCMA Earned Value Audits\.
• Previous experience with Deltek OpenPlan\.
• Prior Aerospace & Defense Experience\.
• Demonstrated Verbal and Written Communications Skills\.
• Strong Presentation Skills\.
• Ability to work in a fast\-paced environment, work complex issues, and ensure team meets deadlines\.
• Demonstrated Change Management Leadership including enhancements to process, tools, training and culture\.

**Ability to Work Remotely:** Part\-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility\. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process\.
**Work Schedules:** Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees\. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed\. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits\.
**Schedule for this Position:** 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
**Pay Rate:** The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York \(excluding most major metropolitan areas\), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, Washington or Washington DC is $107,400 \- $205,900\. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location\. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only\. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as \(but not limited to\) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer\. **Benefits offered:** Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short\-Term Disability, Long\-Term Disability, 401\(k\) match, Flexible Spending Accounts, EAP, Education Assistance, Parental Leave, Paid time off, and Holidays\. \(Washington state applicants only\) Non\-represented full\-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off \(PTO\) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays\.
