Integrated Risk Management Business Solutions Analyst, AVP

Who we are looking for

State Street is leading a global initiative to converge multiple Integrated Risk Management (IRM) platforms into one best-in-class solution leveraging the Archer IRM product suite.   We are seeking an IRM professional to join the Business Risk Management team as a Business Solutions Analyst of one or more of the core IRM Solution areas, Regulatory and Compliance Management, Third Party Risk, Enterprise and Operational Risk, Resiliency, Incident Management, Issues Management, Controls Assurance. 

The IRM Business Solutions Analyst will be responsible for supporting the implementation and maintenance of the Archer IRM solutions and functionality in support of the Corporate Risk Excellence Mandate.  The candidate has excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with creativity and self-motivation to support the delivery of quality solutions to meet business needs.  A strong understanding of the Archer IRM product suite and business domain expertise in one or more of the IRM solution areas will help the candidate succeed in this role.

The responsibilities of this role include

As an IRM Business Solutions Analyst you will

Work directly with key stakeholders and IRM product management teams to gather business requirements and develop functional specificationsApply detailed knowledge of business requirements and workflows to assist in ongoing IRM product development activitiesAuthor and update project artifacts and promote adherence to project standards and methodologiesSupport IRM Business Solution Lead(s) and partner with Global Technology to deliver quality IRM solutionsSupport internal communications, as appropriate for various stakeholder groups using multiple communication channelsProvide reporting and metrics to key stakeholders and Business Unit Program SponsorsLead special projects and support other IRM initiatives and deliverables to drive Risk Excellence goals and objectives

Salary Range:

$90,000 - $142,500 Annual

The range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
