Purpose of Role: The Integrated Solutions Engineer is responsible for providing technical solutions and support by assessing customer mill circuits and processes, supporting the sales team, and collaborating with internal departments.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Support: Provide process and technical assistance to customers while including the Weir product portfolio. Collaborate effectively with both internal and external sales teams, as well as engaging directly with customers.Provide Technical Solutions: Conduct field visits to gather data, measure, sample customer processes, and compile information to formulate and deliver technical solutions to customers.   Cross-departmental Support: Provide technical support to internal teams such as Engineering, Sales, and Marketing, and assist other designers and engineers by providing guidance and feedbackDesign Research: Research new and existing designs and product structures as reference materials for developing customer solutions. Proficient in evaluating mineral processing operations, flowsheets, and associated equipment.Safety First: Demonstrate 100% commitment to our zero harm behaviors in support of our drive towards developing a world class safety culture.

Job Knowledge/Education and Qualifications:

Engineering degree3+ years of mineral processing experienceProficiency with Microsoft Excel
