Job Overview Provide and support customer SPECTRUM MANAGEMANT branch with all essential duties and job functions in all facets of integration services as required. Work Model: Onsite/In-Office Responsibilities Essential Duties & Job Functions: Provide and supports installation, testing, verification, repair, diagnostic analysis, and calibration of various Provide organizational, intermediate, and depot level troubleshooting and support of fielded systems. Provide training to Government personnel and junior technicians. Provide technical support in the form of read system drawings, blueprints, bills of materials, and technical manuals. Conduct performance measurement activities and reports findings to Government representatives. Provide oral, written, on-site, or other troubleshooting assistance. Assists in preparing, reviewing, and managing technical documentation, instructions, procedures, and staging Interface and coordinates with Government personnel, subcontractors, or other vendor personnel to arrange diagnostics, repairs, and order and manage Provide supply level support by documenting and communicating results to Government representatives. Assist Government personnel in conferences, meetings, or other problem-solving situations. Development or modify tactical radio code plugs to meet interoperability standards. Other duties as assigned. Job Requirements Mandatory: Completion of USCG or DOD technical A School. Subject Matter Expert Experience and a minimum of 4 years supporting integration of USCG/DOD communication and navigation systems. Must be able to obtain and maintain a secret clearance. Must be a U.S. citizen. Must be able to travel. Must be able to successfully pass a pre-employment background check and pre-hire drug test.
