Supports, and leads the integrated solutions for application and data integration managed by Information Services (IS). Ensures integrations are optimally planned, documented, validated, and maintained. Provides expert application and technical support for the product line in addition to providing more complex triage and troubleshooting assistance to the product clients. Engages in problem management identification, classification, and resolution activities within the applications. Working knowledge of healthcare operations and structure. Working knowledge of Health Level 7 (HL7) and Extensible Markup Language (XML) messaging standards and structure, as well as Application Program Interfaces (APIs). Advanced understanding of downstream applications and core systems integration. Set priorities which accurately reflect the relative importance of job responsibilities and prioritize assignments to complete work in a timely manner.
