Role overview: The Integration Lead for the STEP Transformation Program plays a crucial role in ensuring seamless and efficient integration of various systems and technologies within the organization. This position is responsible for overseeing the integration process, identifying and addressing challenges, and ensuring that the integration aligns with the overall goals and objectives of the STEP Transformation Program. The Integration Analyst Lead will work closely with IT teams, business units, and external vendors to deliver high-quality solutions that enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness
Key responsibilities / accountabilities:Integration Strategy Development: Develop and implement a comprehensive integration strategy to ensure the seamless connectivity of various systems and technologies, aligning with the overall objectives of the STEP Transformation Program.
System Analysis and Design: Analyze existing systems and design integration solutions that address business requirements and improve operational workflows.
Technology Utilization: Utilize a variety of integration tools and technologies, including but not limited to SAP, Informatica, SQL, and other middleware solutions to facilitate data integration and interoperability.
Data Transformation: Oversee data transformation processes to ensure that data is accurately and efficiently transformed to meet the needs of various systems and applications.
Collaboration and Communication
Documentation and Reporting: Maintain detailed documentation of integration processes, methodologies, and outcomes. Provide regular updates and reports to senior management and stakeholders.
Risk Management: Identify potential risks and challenges associated with system integration and develop mitigation strategies to address them proactively.
