Department: Enterprise Applications, within the division of Information Resources & Technology
Position Description:
The Integration Analyst will play a key role in the Enterprise Application team, working with Analysts, Developers, and key stakeholders to design, implement, and maintain integrations between enterprise applications. This role ensures compliance with data privacy and security regulations while also maintaining and enhancing existing integrations to improve performance and reliability. Additionally, the Integration Analyst will evaluate new software purchase requests for integration requirements and train various teams on integrations, troubleshooting, and best practices. This individual must be a self-starter and agile, capable of adapting to changing requirements and environments.
Responsibilities
+ Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to understand IT related business needs
+ Ensure integrations are secure and following best practices
+ Collaborate with third-party vendors to develop, troubleshoot, and maintain integrations
+ Create and maintain comprehensive documentation
+ Design and develop APIs to enable data exchange between systems
+ Monitor API performance and usage, including development of dashboards and reports
+ Troubleshoot and assist with resolution of issues related to APIs and other integrations
+ Ensure integrations follow SDLC and adhere to version control
+ Responsible for data consistency and integrity across systems
+ Implement integration solutions using middleware, ETL tools, and custom scripts
+ Establish an audit and review process for current integrations
Required
+ Experience with integration tools and platforms
+ Proven experience as an Integration Specialist or similar role
+ Experience with data fabric concepts and technologies
+ Proficient in database management systems (i.e. SQL Developer, MySQL)
+ Understanding of data security and privacy regulations (i.e. FERPA, HIPAA)
+ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
+ Excellent problem solving skills
+ Ability to manage multiple projects
+ Five (5) years of professional experience (SQL, APIs, and Enterprise Applications)
Preferred Qualifications
+ Experience in the higher education sector
+ Experience with Hubspot, BlueConic and Slate related integrations
