We are seeking an AssociateEngineer, Integration and Test at our Huntsville, Alabama Defense headquarters.

The candidate will contribute to the design and development of control system electronics for military, space and/or test equipment design applications. The candidate will be developing technical specifications, performing electronics design, analysis, and integration test activities as well as electronics troubleshooting and repair for the Avionics Electronics Design group. The ideal candidate should have exposure to analog and digital design activities, hands-on experience in an electronics laboratory environment and experience in control system electronics operation.

Essential Functions:

50% - Under supervision of senior engineering staff, component hardware design including requirement derivation, circuit design, and circuit analysis.

35% - Electronics hardware assembly and test including test planning, preparation, execution and reporting.

15% - Work progress reporting and presentation 

Requires a BS degree in Electrical Engineering (preferred) or related engineering technology discipline. Emphasis in analog circuit design is desired. Solid academic history and demonstrated teamwork experience required. Demonstrated oral, written and presentation skills required. Must be able to obtain a security clearance. Some travel will be required, based on bsuiness needs.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working in an electronics laboratory facility.Exposure to software development tools and languages.
