Integration Consulting Manager

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:

The primary focus o Integration Consulting Manager is to lead a team dedicated to supporting customers with the most complex integration cases of Amadeus products and solutions.

This role requires effective leadership qualities, including the ability to inspire and motivate a team, set clear objectives, and enhance performance. Additionally, the role involves providing consultancy and integration services aimed at enhancing overall business performance.

Main Responsibilities:

- Product/Solutions Integrations:

Establish and manage the product/solution integration schedule.

Support integration activities during the implementation project.

Provide formal integration status, KPIs, and customer feedback reporting to management.

Perform final sign-off/certification prior to implementation in production.

Represent management at the integration project steering committee.

Support high-level product adoption by customers by providing appropriate assistance with daily activities.

Ensure customers maximize the benefits of Amadeus products/solutions.

Collaboratively identify and prioritize critical issues, problems, and root causes in the most complex cases.

Present complex analysis results in client meetings.

Identify potential upsell opportunities for consulting and optimization missions.

Propose and follow up on internal process improvements.

Identify and recommend internal tools/techniques for further process automation.

- ​Team Management:

Lead a team of staff employees, holding accountability for their performance and results. This includes setting performance objectives, conducting performance reviews, and recommending pay actions.

Define a vision for the team aligned with the department's strategy and operational challenges, and translate this vision into a concrete action plan.

Operate with a high level of autonomy, receiving some guidance from the Senior Manager.

Provide expertise across multiple areas, anticipating solutions to complex problems.

Improve efficiency based on knowledge and experience with policies, procedures, and the business plan.

​- Specific Accountabilities:

Independently support the sales organization with integration matters in the most complex cases (e.g., performing demos, analyzing customer business flows, and proposing integration solutions to meet customer requests).

Provide support and problem resolution within the overall integration project.

Ensure submission of Statements of Requirements (SOR) or Change Proposals (CPR) to Product Management.

Coach Integration Consulting Specialists in these activities.

Relevant Experience:

Proven experience in product or solution integration

Experience in managing and leading teams, with a strong track record of setting performance objectives, conducting performance reviews, and recommending pay actions.

Experience in providing consultancy and integration services to improve business performance.

Experience in identifying and implementing process improvements and automation techniques.

Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and make logical decisions

Effective problem-solving skills and the ability to anticipate solutions to complex issues.

Familiarity with Amadeus products or similar solutions is highly desirable.

Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to present complex analysis results to clients.
